Frameless Glass Partition System

Frameless glass partitions are designed with the minimum of components to allow maximum light to flow through the workspace.

It is a frameless silicon jointed system which offers:

• System thickness – 25mm two part base channel.



• Non Performance Glazing – 10mm toughened glass up to 2400mm high and 12mm toughened glass up to 3000mm high.



• Performance Glazing – 30 minute integrity and insulation using 17mm Pyroc intumescent glass with silicon vertical joints up to 2700mm.



• Glazed Doors – standard height, full height (2600mm) or sliding doors.



• Solid core doors – in any veneer or laminate finish.



• Finish – trims in a water based stove enamel or powder coated in any BS or RAL colour.



• Structural Performance – to BS 5234, BS EN 947, BS EN 949 and DIN 18263.



• Fire Rating – 30 minutes to BS476: Part 22 for glazed screen only or Non fire rated for glazed screen, doorset and solid partition.



• Sound Rating – to BS EN ISO 140-3 for single glazed 10mm thick glass 32dB(RW) and 12mm thick glass 33dB(RW).
